Last May 18, 2022, RFC Visayas held its Regional Conference to re-align the company to the vision our founder started. Attended by RFC managers and employees from the Visayan region, the event became a platform for productive discussion to refine the financing group’s core operations.

During the RFC Visayas Regional Conference, governing bodies evaluated the performance of each region within a specific time frame. The evaluation procedure primarily covered the status of loans and the financial fitness of each branch. Throughout the activity, upper management offered constructive comments, educated opinions, and formative suggestions to help departments further refine their financing approaches.

This year, the primary objective of RFC Visayas is to help Filipino businesses succeed. DTI reports that the Philippines currently houses nearly a staggering 1,076,279 MSMEs or Micro-, Small, and Medium Enterprises. That number equates to 99.58 percent MSMEs (versus 0.42 percent large corporations) among Filipino enterprises.

With those crucial statistics in mind, Regional and Branch operations conferred during the RFC Visayas Regional Conference to ensure that the company abides by its original mission. That is, to provide exceptional financial services to the underserved credit market, primarily MSMEs.
