What good is financial freedom if we no longer have a world to enjoy it in?

Radiowealth Finance Company believes that taking care of the environment is also crucial in a person’s path to financial freedom. For this reason, our company always makes sure to give back to nature what humans have aggressively taken away from it.

Last September 23, 2022, RFC employees bonded together for a nature day at Mt. Kulis in Tanay, Rizal. During the event, managers and workers alike took the time to plant trees as a means of giving back to both the environment and the people.

The RFC team went on an adventurous hike that spanned almost 30 minutes to reach the destination. A total of 100 Lipote trees (Syzygium polycephaloides) were planted during the said event.

Once mature, the vitamin C-rich perennial could provide delicious fruits to locals or may also be used as a guide for hikers who pass by the area.

RFC specifically chose Lipote trees because it is endemic to the country. And is also listed as one of the vanishing fruit trees in the country by Dr. Domingo Madulid. Therefore, it’s high time we replenish their numbers and keep them from falling from grace.

Although tough, the day proved to be rewarding, thanks to the opportunity to please Mother Nature and ultimately, admire its unquestionable beauty.
