Digital Marketing Manager (Head Office)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building and managing the presence of the company on the online platform
    including social media and other marketing initiatives.
  • Responsible for the preparation and execution of marketing plan as well as business development
    strategies to increase quality applications that will convert to sales
  • Responsible for market scoping, identifying strategic partnerships and other expansion opportunities
    that will drive sales
  • Responsible for the over-all productivity and efficiency of the Marketing team (leads generation and
    booking efficiency)
  • Responsible for the over-all management of Marketing team personnel (recruitment, training,
    discipline)
  • Responsible for the creation of applicable policies
  • Responsible for Brand/company awareness online that will reach all regions

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s post college Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Arts and Creative Designs or equivalent
  • Preferably 5-8 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Digital Marketing, Business Development, Product Development, and Branding or equivalent
  • Preferably with exposure in the financial industry
