Conducts exit interviews with departing associates, then identifies and reports on trends.
Plans all company-sponsored employee events, wellness initiatives, and community involvement.
Advises and counsels management in areas related to employee relations, legal and recruitment.
Participates in the review, amending and/or creating and implementing human resource policies and procedures.
Investigates workplace issues and recommends appropriate action.
Formulates responses for any unemployment claims and represents company for unemployment hearings.
Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliant to the government regulations.
Ensures the development and/or discipline of direct reports.
Performs other tasks and /or projects assigned.
Qualifications
Education: College Degree
Work Experience: 5 Yrs. Managerial position with technical experienced on the job
