Employee Relations Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conducts exit interviews with departing associates, then identifies and reports on trends.
  • Plans all company-sponsored employee events, wellness initiatives, and community involvement.
  • Advises and counsels management in areas related to employee relations, legal and recruitment.
  • Participates in the review, amending and/or creating and implementing human resource policies and
    procedures.
  • Investigates workplace issues and recommends appropriate action.
  • Formulates responses for any unemployment claims and represents company for unemployment
    hearings.
  • Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliant to the government
    regulations.
  • Ensures the development and/or discipline of direct reports.
  • Performs other tasks and /or projects assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: College Degree
  • Work Experience: 5 Yrs. Managerial position with technical experienced on the job
