HR Manager (Head Office)

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, overseeing, and controlling human resource administration and operations
within the areas of talent acquisition and sourcing and employee development.

  • Talent Acquisition: Ensure recruitment goals are met on a timely basis by improving current recruitment infrastructure.
  • Recruitment Sourcing Strategies: Recommends appropriate sourcing strategies for the company’s short and long-term business requirements. Expand sources of talent, streamline recruiting and hiring processes and increase internal capability to support talent sourcing.
  • Training: Participates in training program development and execution of initiatives to enable learning and talent readiness in assuming higher responsibilities. Develop and implement a training system that enables head office and operations employees to have a formal training and upskilling program where skills are measured and consistently evaluated against set benchmarks.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance evaluation process for all employees, ensuring KPIs are aligned to their role and the company goals.
  • Process Improvement: Regularly review and maximize the efficiency of people processes and tools and identify ways to ensure systems and process advancement to achieve organization and team’s objectives.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be a Bachelor’s Degree graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Strong background in different HR facets especially in recruitment and training
  • Preferably with Organizational Development Exposure
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well with all levels of the organization.
