Learning & Development Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible in providing support to the successful conceptualization and implementation of learning and
    development programs and in addressing competency gaps to help the company in the attainment of its strategic
    objectives.
  • Program Conduct and Evaluation
  • Reports Submission (Findings and insights of accomplishments)
  • Documentation
  • Administrative Function

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any other related business courses
  • At least three (3) years experience in Learning & Development
  • Skills: L&D Trends and Tools, Module Development, Training Facilitation, OD Program Development and
    Implementation
