Project Manager (Head Office)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform assessments of implementation of projects related to process improvement.
  • Documents results, prepare reports, perform follow-up and tracking corrective actions on project timelines and status.
  • Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals.
  • Analyze data gathered using Root Cause Analysis and other relevant problem-solving tools.
  • Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports.
  • Managing resources for projects, such as manpower, equipment etc.
  • Implementing strategies that deliver projects on schedule within the budget.
  • Organizing meeting to discuss project goals and status.

Qualifications

  • Education: College Degree
  • Specific Course Required: Industrial Engineering or other related courses.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in projects related to productivity as well as systems and process efficiencies and improvement.
  • Skills: Project Management, Computer Skills, Business & Strategy experience, Written and verbal communication Skills, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, Organization and Time management Skills,
    Root Cause Analysis is an advantage
