Sales Manager (Head Office)

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Sales Achievement

  • Booking
  • Conversions and monthly sales bookings

2. Business Development

  • Expansion of current business model
  • New products/ business models
  • Strategic partnerships

3. Marketing, Promotions and Merchandising

  • Sales contribution from promotional and marketing initiatives
  • Execution of merchandising initiatives
  • Responsible for the over-all productivity and efficiency of the online and on-ground Sales team (lead generation and booking efficiency)
  • Responsible for the over-all management of sales team personnel (recruitment, training, discipline)
  • Responsible for the preparation and execution of sales and marketing plan as well as the business development strategies to increase sales
  • Responsible for market scoping, identifying strategic partnerships, and other expansion opportunities that will drive sales
  • Responsible for the creation of applicable policies
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s post college Degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
    Commerce, Economics, Arts and Creative Designs or equivalent
  • Preferably 5-8 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Marketing, Business Development, Product
    Development, Sales and Branding or equivalent
  • Preferably with exposure in the financial industry
