Job Summary

Responsible for the credit investigation and collection in a branch in accordance with the company standards to attain company goals and objectives. Process owner in terms of booking, Collection Efficiency, Remedial Management, Real and Property Owned and Acquired Management. Area of assignment and deployment will be in Roxas Isabela, La Trinidad Benguet, Baguio, Candon and other areas of Luzon.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Can communicate both oral and written
  • Knows basic Microsoft applications
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and must know how to drive a motorcycle. Advantage if candidate has existing motorcycle

Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing
  • Achieves booking target by determining number of loan applications required
  • Visits clients regularly and maintains good relationships with them to encourage repeat business
  • Visits and maintains constant and regular dialogue with dealers and coordinates with agents or business opportunity service specialists
  • Knows and is aware of what competition is doing and reports to branch manager any unsual events which may affect the branch operations
  • Elevates concerns brought to his attention by clients, dealers and agents at once
Collection Efficiency
  • Achieves and maintains collection efficiency target following the company credit standard policy and guidelines
  • Receives, evaluates and conducts initial interview of walk-in customers
  • Conducts credit investigation within required proximity and work hours
  • Conducts unit/collateral verifications of approved loan applicants
  • Maintains the up-to-date status of customer’s visit card
  • Conducts a pre-collection visit a week before the first due date and regular collection follow-up on delinquent or past due account
  • Remits all collections and unissued official receipts to admin office/branch manager before the end of the day
Remedial Management
  • Undertakes and conducts personal visit of delinquent accounts and initiates immediate corrective actions whether for restructuring, moratorium, repossession or legal action
  • Coordinates and discusses with branch manager concerns regarding delinquent accounts
  • Serves demand letters, return check notice to concerned customer and ensures acknowledgement receipt

Job Summary

The Sales Associate (SA) is responsible for all sales and operational aspects within the assigned location and/or on-site vendor location. He/She is in-charge of sales achievement, customer service, documentation, and coordination with partner/vendor.

Key Results Areas

  • Responsible for lead generation; he/she must be able to get new loan applications and meet set targets and quotas on bookings
  • Explain and answer all inquiries about any of the available loan products (estimates of required downpayment, interest rates, monthly installment, etc.)
  • Solicit all vital personal information from client and encode them in the tools provided
  • Process loan applications (from encoding personal loan information into the RFC360 system upto documentation and release of loan proceeds)
  • Complete all loan documentary requirements related to a loan application/account.

Skills Set Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least College Degree or College Level, at least 4-year course, if applicable.
  • At least 6 months of relative experience
  • Must have experience on Sales, Customer service, and computer literate

Job Summary

The TELE-CI is responsible for conducting initial credit investigation and verification of all personal and loan information submitted by a client thru an Field Sales Supervisor, Agents, Dealers and Partners. He/She is in charged in the conduct preliminary interview, assessment and evaluation of documents of the loan applicant.

Key Results Areas

  • Receives all new loan applications encoded in the system.
  • Validates all information submitted by client thru televerification.
  • Evaluates all documents submitted by client.
  • Compiles loan documents pre-evaluated and submit to relationship manager for field investigation.
  • Follow-up call to all pending loan application.
  • Conduct call at least 30 clients per day.

  • Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.

Job Summary

The Tele-Collector is responsible for the timely and efficient collection of all due payments and monitoring thereof.

Key Results Areas

  • Maintains an updated monitoring of all accounts assigned.
  • Sends reminders and notifications to clients via SMS, e-mail and phone call, for monthly installment and past due and acknowledgement of payments made.
  • Ensures that monthly installments and all other payments due are paid by clients on or before their due dates.

Skills Set Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Computer literate (all major Office applications)
  • With good verbal communication skills
  • Team player and proactive
