“All work and no play makes jack a dull boy.”

No matter how much of a platitude this statement is, it still holds true in today’s professional landscape. Truthfully, the absence of an outlet for fun and enjoyment results in burning out. As such, we always make sure to provide our people with a healthy work-life balance. This will keep them performing their best while maintaining a positive and joyful outlook as they tread the professional terrain.

After all, Radiowealth Finance Company (RFC) will not have been around for 58 years if all people did were work, work, and more work. But we stand tall because we value our people’s enjoyment and leisure.

Specifically, last June to July 2022, the company held a fun, friendly yet competitive bowling competition in Starmall EDSA Shaw. Mixing employees across departments, workers were able to acquaint themselves with people beyond their respective teams.

The competition had various rounds and everyone stepped on the platform to try their bowling fingers. However, only one winner was declared in the end. It was Team Bolero, which consisted of members from different departments.

We firmly believe that even at work, everyone needs a moment to relax and enjoy. At RFC, we value every team member’s well-being. Through a series of robust bowling games, everyone had fun and escaped from the busy professional life!
