May 17, 2022: RFC Regional Conference resumes face-to-face!

For entirely understandable reasons, almost all organizations and companies have switched to holding virtual meetings and conferences to adhere to safety protocols due to the pandemic. The traditional RFC Regional Conference was no exception.

However, the RFC Team is nothing but creative. RFC has always been resilient and open to new ways of operating and so, online or virtual platforms have become a must-have tool in the company’s armory. With the aid of technology, online meetings have provided a valuable communications lifeline, allowing each department of RFC to continue business and interactions despite the distance and the challenges.

A year and a half later, Covid-19 cases and health protocols have significantly eased down allowing everyone to finally meet. As proof, on May 17, 2022, the first face-to-face RFC Regional Conference attended by RFC Executives, Managers, and Employees from Luzon Region, was held at the Head Office in Mandaluyong. This activity initially took off by doing a status check for every region as well as a catch-up of the achievements, things to improve, and propositions of business continuity and enhancements.

While on-site events can enhance the experience for everyone attending, RFC is still open to a “hybrid” set-up which has inevitably formed part of the organization’s communications strategy to achieve its goals and objectives.

RFC has recognized that physical and virtual events are definitely complementary to one another, thus hybrid events may be held in the near future for the company’s overall success.
