Businesses under category III in areas placed under GCQ & MGCQ will be allowed to operate at 75 percent and 100-percent capacity starting November 1.

“MSMEs need our support to adapt to new business models and acquire digital tools and skill if they are to survive the crisis,” said DTI Sec. Ramon Lopez.
The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and Tourism (DOT) are eyeing to further easing the operations of hotels, restaurants, and other establishments in GCQ.
The 30-day grace period for residential and commercial rent payments still has not changed, and still applies to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) not permitted to operate during the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ)
