Ad grants for small businesses
1. Facebook
The largest social media platform is offering USD 100M in cash grants and ad credits to help businesses during this challenging time. Up to 30,000 eligible small businesses in more than 30 countries will be able to receive grant from Facebook. See how to apply here
2. Google
To support eligible small and medium-sized businesses, Google is offering $340 million worth of Google ad credits. Eligible advertisers can use the credits throughout 2020 across Google ecosystem including Search, Display and Youtube, and on any campaign types. To be eligible, the business should need to have had an active Google Ads accounts since January 1, 2019.
Video conferencing
3. Cisco Webex
A cloud-based enterprise solution for video conferencing, webinars, and online meetings, Cisco Webex has expanded its capabilities on their free Webex offer including unlimited usage (no time restrictions) and support for up to 100 participants.
4. Zoom
The software for video webinar, virtual conferences room, online meeting is temporarily removing its 40-minute time limit on their basic free account for K-12 schools.
Productivity
5. Microsoft
To help boost the productivity of employees working remotely, Microsoft is offering a free 6-month Office 365 E1 Trial including Microsoft Team. This is for organizations and non-profits that haven’t activated any other Office 365 E1 trials in the past.
6. Salesforce
Salesforce is offering Quip Starter, a collaboration tool, for free up until the end of September 2020. They are also offering their Trailhead classes on remote work covering various topics from team engagement, virtual collaboration, and more.
Free courses
7. LinkedIn
Learn the best strategies and practices with LinkedIn’s online learning courses. You can access these courses for free. It covers a wide range of topics form time management and productivity tips while working remotely to managing stress and more.
8. SEMrush
SEMrush is offering free access to their Academy courses that contain video lessons about digital marketing fundamentals.
9. Moz
Moz is offering its courses for free. Level up your SEO skills that can help you in navigating the digital world during the pandemic. You can access several courses from SEO fundamentals, Keyword Research, Page Optimization to Backlink Basics.
